Talking to him made complete sense: we felt understood, appreciated and like talking to someone in our family that is on our side, telling the truth. A true rarity in the Real Estate business.<br/><br/>He took us through the process, answered our every (many) questions, those of first time buyers, and had no hesitation in asking our questions to the property representatives.<br/><br/>He took us by the hand with all the inspections, paperwork, and highlighted things to keep in mind. He came with us to see the house all the times, and never lost his patience and great sense of humor.<br/><br/>Marco carefully listened to our concerns and advised us, also told us what was reasonable or not when negotiating, which to me was proof of his honesty and knowledge.<br/><br/>This has been one of the best experiences of my life, a truly happy process that my family enjoyed every step of the way and we know it is because of Marco. Not only he is a wonderful human being, but one-of-a-kind professional, someone you want to work with in a process as important as buying a house.

“Marco helped me with the probate sale of my Fathers home.”

From the first meeting until the closing he made me feel comfortable. He was spot on with his honest evaluation of the home. His communication and help through the process was amazing. There was not a question or concern that was not addressed usually within an hours and no longer then 24. I do not live in the area so to find someone I could trust to look out for my best interest was refreshing and comforting. Marco handled everything i could not due to distance and afforded me the opportunity to live my life and not have to take off work to handle small tasks. The thought of a probate transaction was daunting but with Mr. Rodriguez' help i could not believe how easy and quick the sale was.

“Marco was our agent during our 9 month long house search.”

He was incredibly patient as we toured home after home after home in all parts of town from Palms to Atwater and everything in between. Because we didn't have a lot of specific criteria in what we were looking for, he wasn't able to find listings for us but did a lot of legwork to find out the details of every place we sent him, which was dozens. He also sent letters inquiring about purchasing homes from a list of addresses my husband created. Marco is extremely knowledgeable about the sales and purchase process and was willing to answer our many detailed questions, even when we asked the same ones multiple times. There were several times that his savvy benefitted us in that he was able to advise us in making an offer quickly or holding it, depending on the particulars of a situation. He is very responsive to phone calls, emails, and text messages and always let us know when he would be out of town (yet would still stay in touch even when he was on vacation!). We got our home because of the work Marco did to develop a relationship with a selling agent working in an area we were interested in. After we didn't get one home, Marco stayed in touch with the agent about other properties in the area. I think it is because of the rapport that Marco built with the agent that we were successful in getting our house. His strengths are in his deep knowledge of the process and in building relationships, both of which benefit any buyer.

“Marco was friendly attentive and patient.”

From the first meeting to close of escrow, he did everything that was needed to help move things along. We went on 3 trips to view homes and we put in offers on every trip. Offers were declined but Marco continued to send us new listings. He assisted with providing a great loan officer that was also outstanding. Marco was detailed in every step of the way. He also taught us several things since we were first time home buyers. Overall I recommend him and I will continue to recommend him to friends and family.
